Policies
Payment Policy
Payments can either be made via direct debit whereby lessons will be charged for the two weeks in arrears, meaning lessons missed for a valid reason will not be charged avoiding the need for lesson credits. Payment may also be made via bank transfer (payment details will be on the invoice). Please note, payments made via bank transfer will be required to pay for lessons in advance. Late payments not made by 7 days after the due date may result in your position in the class being forfeited.
Privacy Policy
TennisEd will only store information that is relevant for coaching and billing purposes. This information will only be accessed by the director.
Social Media Policy
Photos may be taken by TennisEd to be used in promotions on social media and on the TennisEd website. If you wish for the image of your child or yourself to not be used for these purposes, please inform TennisEd.
Weather Policy
Lessons may be cancelled due to excessive heat or wet weather. Lessons will be cancelled if it is deemed too wet at the venue at the judgement of coaching staff. Lessons will be cancelled for excessive heat if the temperature is forecasted to be above 36 degrees at the time of the lesson. Where indoor facilities are available, lessons will go ahead as usual. Students will not be charged for lessons that are cancelled under the TennisEd weather policy.
Cancellation Policy
Upcoming lessons may be cancelled on the TennisEd portal, or by contacting TennisEd at 0428 160 411 or in**@**********om.au. Students will not be charged for a missed lesson due to a valid reason.
Public Holiday Policy
TennisEd lessons will not take place on public holidays or public holiday weekends.
